After we’ve met we can prepare the design brief, timelines and a full quote for architectural services. If you’re happy to go ahead then we will arrange to start the site surveys.

Ideally, yes, we prefer to meet all our clients face to face to understand your needs and the house or site.
Sometimes we can undertake work remotely, but in our experience the more we can get to know you and the site, the better the result.
We will only quote for work once we have discussed the project with potential clients. Some architects might throw numbers at a project or say it’s percentage of the construction budget, but that involves a lot of guesswork, so we don’t do that. We provide lump sum, fixed fees so that you can budget for the work from the start.
